This is a Megaman Star Force fancharacter. The human is named Gou Antares, and he can EM-Fuse with the FM alien Scorpio. Scorpio comes from the Scorpious constellastion, and Antares is a star in that formation. They merge together to form Scorpio Sting, an EM Wave Human capable of emitting a poisonous sting from his tail, and with powerful pincers and great superhuman strength.
