It has begun! The Sinkato Gigaman Kaiju Contest! The purpose of this contest is to put your ideas and creativity to use in designing a Kaiju or 'Giant Monster' suitable for fighting the heroic character, GIGAMAN. Shin Rokken, a Billionaire Photojournalist and Playboy witnessed his parents getting shot by the same theif he decided not to stop earlier that day. Helped by only his younger brother Race Rokken, and the brilliant Dr. Aura, Shin uses his newfound powers as Gigaman to fight evil and confront the treacherous businessman Lexford Vyli.

In essence, Gigaman is a parody of sorts. A parody of Superman, Batman, Spiderman, Megaman, but most of all Ultraman. At the same time however, he is NOT a humorous parody. Rather, his story and world are considerably dark in nature, and deal with a more accurate outcome if giant monsters did indeed attack. Gigaman's actions and battles cause the suffering of countless innocents, and he must face the dark truth that his own fallability has cost many lives. Neverthless, Gigaman is the only person capable of fighting the mysterious monsters who keep showing up, and the goal of this contest is to draw them!

THE RULES:
1. Draw one of the 5 Kaiju, based on the limited descriptions.
2. Entries must be legible. If I can't decipher what the creature in the image is, it will not win.
3. Only drawn medium is acceptable. No descriptions or songs.
4. You may submit one entry for each of the 5 Kaiju, meaning you'll have up to 5 chances to win.
5. Do NOT steal source materials.
6. No person can win with more than 3 entries.
7. That means the max you can win is $150!!! I'd say that's fantastic!
8. You're more than welcome to draw Gigaman or Antigiga in the image with the monster. Images with this inclusion will most likely be rated higher.
9. However, bear in mind your MONSTER design is what we want from you.
10. As the Empressor Torment Kaiju is extremely vague, you may submit an entry of Gigaman alone to substitute for this category.

THE KAIJU:

TORTEGGA - The Black Turtle. The villain Lord Blard began the chain of events when he discovered a cave of glowing blue crystals. His experiments with these created the giant turtle monster, Tortegga. This creature lives in the sea, and supports a dead coral reef upon his shell. (1536 ft tall, appx. 250,000 Tons)

MAKOWULF - The Azure Dragon. Gigaman's own blood contained so much power, that the civilian Mako Wulf could not resist its temptation. By consuming the blood he mutated himself into an enormous, blue, quasi-quadripedal, reptilian beast. He began prowling the forests, towering over the treetops. (1266 ft tall, 6600 ft long tip to tail, appx. 450,000 Tons)

BURNINGA - The Vermillion Bird. Awakened from a volcano by an excavation machine, the fire beast Burninga took to the skies, setting ablaze all in her path. She blazes the aerial arena with a tremendous wingspan that casts a shadow enough to blot light from the city and start winter too early. (4800 ft wingspan, 1324 ft tall, appx. 371,000 Tons)

C-RON - The White Tiger. Corrupted by the Red Crystals, the C-Ron excavation and repair droid rebuilt itself as a massive humanoid tiger. With his hulking, robo-muscular frame and endless supply of robotic armaments, he attacked the city on a vicious rampage. (3600 ft tall, appx. 780,000 Tons)

EMPRESSOR TORMENT - The Moon Crystal King. After the moon crashes onto the planet, the manifestation of purest torment made his presence known. Sporting black skin with purple and pink crystals, his deadly and frightening visage was the final foe Gigaman had to face. With all other life already extinct it was a battle to be the last man standing. (Height and Weight Unknown...but he's damn huge.)

DISCLAIMER:
Please be aware, that I will most likely USE the winning designs. If you don't want me using your design, then don't enter. Proper credit will be given regardless. And by using I mean 'Drawing in a picture or comic/Writing in a story.'

FINAL NOTES:
- Gigaman is about 609.6 meters (2000 feet) tall. Godzilla is ESTIMATED about 80 meters (263 feet) tall. Regardless, Gigaman is MUCH bigger than Godzilla.
- The Gigaman Kaiju are ridiculously destructive. They do not hold back.
- All of the Kaiju are carnivores.
- Antigiga is an inverted clone of Gigaman, and represents the Golden Dragon.

DEADLINE:
Since this contest is for a considerable amount of money, and I would like enough entries to justify the prizes...August 15th, 2008.
